Mark is a heavyweight commercial litigator with extensive experience of contractual disputes, fraud and asset tracing, insolvency, professional negligence, arbitration and judicial review applications.
Mark was admitted as a solicitor in 1999 and is a former senior associate of Withers LLP. He has acted for a wide range of corporate and individual clients, including coroners and judges, in both High Court and arbitration proceedings. He is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution and has represented numerous clients in mediations.

Ford v Polymer Vision Ltd  2 BCLC 160 (injunctive relief preventing the appointment of joint administrators by challenging a company’s Centre of Main Interests);
